Аннотация: Anode-spark discharge is available only in case of surfaceconforming to dielectric properties. This is right away the functionof a thin oxide barrier film, being formed at the very start ofanode-sparking electrolysis. By official date and our experimentalfindings a physical analog of micro-discharge is being suggested, theessence of which lies in the fact the said microdischarge of anodicalnature comprises a combination of discharge spark break-down of theoxide film barrier phase and gaseous discharge in the plasmic bubble,formed affer break-down. The process sequence is evidently in suchcase, as follows:1-oxidation,i.e. forming of a thinned filming,representing a dielectrically resistant material;2-break down of thebarrier phase;3-decomposition of the oxide film, i.e. appearance of agaseous plasmic bubble after discharge break-down of the film on thereason of energe release in process, flow of gas discharge inside trebubble, followed by collapse of the latter;4-oxide curing of theruined pores in the film barrier component.
